The Bonn Climate Conference is an annual international gathering that plays a significant role in advancing global efforts to address climate change. It serves as a crucial midpoint between consecutive sessions of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of the Parties (COP) and is typically held in Bonn, Germany, where the UNFCCC Secretariat is based.
As part of this conference, the High-Level Champions play a vital role in helping to drive progress and mobilize the efforts of non-state actors towards addressing climate change.
