Race to Zero Working Groups

Working Groups

To advance best practices and thought leadership on the transition to Net Zero, the EPRG addresses pressing issues in net zero implementation. The EPRG promote solutions across the Race to Zero community through research and collaboration by generating working groups that engage a broader network of experts. The two active working groups are:

The ‘Professional Service Providers’ working group looks at Professional Services Firms, such as legal entities, consultancies, and communication agencies, in the global net zero transition. It seeks to overcome implementation barriers, establish climate action principles, map stakeholders, and create guidelines aligned with Race to Zero's objectives.

The ‘Fair Share, Equity, and Justice’ working group is poised to ensure that the principles of fairness, equity, and justice are integrated into net zero. It seeks to highlight best practice, challenges, and diverse experiences, fostering actionable strategies for equitable and inclusive transitions in global climate action.
