The Technical Secretariat, led by the Center for Climate and Resilience Research (CR2), oversees the Race to Resilience Metrics Framework. It provides technical guidance to the campaign, collects and interprets data from Partner initiatives, and acts as the Secretariat for the Expert Review Group and the Methodological Advisory Group.
